Why do I sometimes have to log in again to my account?
Protecting your data is our first concern. For that reason, we have enhanced security procedures in place. This means that you will sometimes be asked to re-enter your password or enter a code sent via email, for example when you wish to view your addresses or order information.
If you are logged into a verified customer account, you will have access for 30 minutes. After this, you may have to re-enter your password.
If you do not have a verified customer account or you are logged in via a Google, Facebook or Apple account, you will receive a 6-digit code via email, which you must enter (again) after 30 minutes have elapsed.
Please note: If you haven't received a code, please check the email address you entered and your spam folder. You can always opt to have the code sent again.
