The items that are excluded from exchange depend on the terms and cancellation policies of the respective shop. You can find these conditions in the shop’s terms and conditions and cancellation policy, usually at the bottom of the shop’s website or in the legal notice (imprint).

When you order something online, retailers are required to send you their terms and cancellation policy along with the order confirmation. Before returning an item, you should check whether a return is possible for that specific product.
