It is possible that occasionally you might receive an email from Price Alert for an offer that is no longer available. In most cases, this is caused by a product being in limited supply. Unfortunately, this can't be completely ruled out.
Very rarely a false Price Alert can be caused by a fraudulent or hacked shop, from platforms such as Amazon or eBay. Unfortunately neither idealo nor our partner stores are always able to prevent this. We immediately remove both old and fraudulent offers, however it can take some time until the changes become visible. In such cases you can simply leave Price Alert activated and you will receive an alert the next time your desired price is reached or beaten.
